I start with discovery—goals, buyers, and catalog complexity—then map products, variants, and collections to a clean IA. From there I design conversion-focused templates in WooCommerce or Shopify, configure payments and core settings, and build out product pages, filters, discounts, and key automations with an accessible, on-brand UI.

I run end-to-end test orders, verify tax and shipping rules, confirm gateway settings, and polish transactional emails.
